I've never got round to Virginia Woolf, but I think this might be the push I've been missing! I read All the Bright Places as a teen and her words used in there really stuck with me

I love Virginia Woolf, she's one of my most favorite authors. I'd recommend starting with Orlando, it's fun, bright, and playful (and there's a wonderful 1992 movie version that's available on YouTube you can watch after too).

Ooh that’s good to know! My library only has Mrs Dalloway so I’m starting with that one for now, but I’ll get my hands on Orlando soon

Oh, so glad you enjoy it. Woolf is absolutely brilliant, there's no author like her.

I like your friend already, V. Woolf is one of my favorite writers as well.

I used to write short stories very fast, but I'm going much slower writing fiction now (and I wouldn't publish it here)...but thank you so much for the kind words!
